Abstract submission directions

When you are ready to submit your abstract, please click above or the "Submit Abstract" link on the AAAS meetings web page (www.aaasmeeting.org). This link will give you detailed instructions on abstract submission.

The webpage will look like this:

Click on "Submit your poster online" as shown above.

Once you select to submit a poster, you will get this screen:

Select "New Account", then setup your username as
below:

After you put in the requested addresses you will be redirected to the login screen above.
Once you login you will be given a choice of poster sessions as below:
Be SURE to chose the American Junior Academy of Science (by invitation only).

Abstracts must be submitted by November 1st. Delegates submitting abstracts will need to know the sponsoring state academy and the name of the contact person at that academy. It is imperative that each state junior academy directors forward all of this information to your delegates immediately, if you have not already done so.
