Commonwealth Admin Access Transfer Causes Member Uproar
The Terra Classic community recently passed proposal #11653, which required Professor Edward Kim and other prominent blockchain members to turn down their administration rights. These included Mr. Bilbo Baggins, who voiced his disapproval over the transfer on Twitter.
Edward Kim’s Role Transfer
Professor Edward Kim is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Drexel University and a highly reputable Terra Luna Classic community member. He fulfilled the requirements by transferring his administrator rights to L1JTF’s head Vinh Nguyen as part of proposal #11653.
Bilbo Baggins‘ Protest
Bilbo Baggins angrily declared: “Do not try to use governance in an attempt to steal the one that I have made for the community” when confirming Professor Kim’s role transfer. He also compared giving away his administration rights with giving away his Twitter account: “So if I get a governance prop passed to take over your Twitter account, you have to give it to me, right?”
Other Terra Classic community members were unsatisfied with Mr. Baggins‘ conduct and argued that the Commonwealth Forum was created to help the community instead of gaining personal benefits from it. In response, Bilbo uttered: “Go right ahead and create a new one. No one’s stopping anyone from doing that.“
Proposal #11653 requires Professor Edward Kim and other prominent blockchain members to turn down their administration rights on Terra Luna’s discussion forum – The Commonwealth Forum – despite protests from some affected members such as Bilbo Baggins who claim they had made this forum for everyone else in order for them not benefit alone from it .
